Congregation is a faith-based community rooted in Catholic values. All users are expected to conduct themselves with charity, respect, and integrity. You agree NOT to:
You retain ownership of the content you post on Congregation. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Standards without notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

Catholic schools that subscribe to our School Portal may access alumni profile information for legitimate advancement and fundraising purposes. By creating a profile on Congregation, you acknowledge that your school's advancement office may be able to view your profile and contact you regarding alumni relations, events, and giving opportunities.
Employers who post jobs on Congregation agree to use the platform solely for legitimate hiring purposes. Job postings must be for real positions and must not discriminate unlawfully. Congregation is not responsible for the accuracy of employer postings or the outcome of any hiring process.
Congregation is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the content posted by users or the conduct of any member.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Congregation and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from user-generated content.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or via email. Continued use of Congregation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lee County, Florida.
